Lysis Timer

Lysis-Timer measures the lysis time of euglobulins, i.e. the lysis time of a clot formed from a plasma depleted into inhibitors of fibrinolysis by precipitation in an acid environment.

This quantitative test is used to determine the overall fibrinolytic capacity that may reveal fibrinolysis disorders (hypofibrinolysis or hyperfibrinolysis).
